Your privacy matters.
Clear information about your data, our website, and the services we link to.
Scope & responsibility
This policy describes how the Ridz Coder Labs website handles information. The studio is based in Mukono, Uganda. Individual products, code repositories, and external platforms may have separate policies.
Questions about information shared with the studio can be sent to [email protected].
Information you share
When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, enquiry topic, and message. The form prepares a draft in your email application; it does not submit the message to or store it on this website.
If you choose to send that email, the contents are handled by your email provider and the studio’s inbox. Please avoid including passwords, private keys, or other sensitive information in your enquiry.
Technical information
Serving and securing a website can involve technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages. Hosting providers may process this information to operate their services.
This website does not offer account registration or store contact submissions in a website database.
External services & fonts
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Requests to that service may disclose your IP address and standard connection information. Google’s policies govern its handling of that data.
Email and WhatsApp links open external services. Official product destinations and source repositories, when provided, also operate separately. Review the privacy policies of those services before sharing information.
Retention & security
This website does not retain a copy of an email draft. Messages you send may remain in the studio’s email inbox and in your provider’s systems. The studio has not yet confirmed a retention period for correspondence.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send confidential credentials through the contact form or ordinary email.
Your questions & requests
You may contact the studio to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion of correspondence. Requests depend on applicable law and any legitimate obligations to retain information.
Email [email protected] with enough detail to identify your enquiry. Do not include unnecessary sensitive documents; identity checks, if needed, should be proportionate.
Policy changes
This proposed policy should be reviewed and approved by the studio before it is presented as final. Any future revisions should be published here with a confirmed effective date.
